1995 3/4 ton 350 tbi engine swap or rebuild?

I don't have a lot of money and I don't have much of knowledge so I want to do the cheapest and easiest route. I want to buy cylinder heads with valvetrain already installed. Those are costly if I want to buy a pair brand new. Junk yard motors might not be worth pulling. It's also hard to find...

Slightly smoked stock taillights

It's 2 screws to take the third light out so I still don't see why not lol. I've always wondered whether people didn't realize their 3rd brake light wasnt painted or If they just didn't feel like doing it haha Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
