    I would start by re-reaming it and see if you can get it to seat properly. The swap doesnt call for nbs control arms, if it looks like it was problematic it probably was.

    I threw a late model camaro’s vacuum pump on my burb, wiring up sensors and relays was, um, troublesome. That science experiment went back to the parts bin. BTW, The pumps get crazy hot fast, I was concerned that it would fail pretty quick from the heat they produce.

    Have you greased the front end recently? I get some thunks going over bumps when the front end needs grease. Also, the pitman arm goes bad on these trucks around 100k miles, and it needs grease like everything else at least yearly

    Water Leak Passenger Side

    The classic leak is from that one philips screw in the cowl. Hard to believe the amount of water that gets in thru there but so be it. Try plugging that screw hole on the passenger side and water it down to see if you got it. Hope that helps!
