I have a 97 and 98 k2500. One has dodge steel rims with mud tires, which, of course, are of a larger hub size than the truck... and dang it, I don't even have any place to mud.

I have not independently measured, but according to a quick web search:
GM k2500 Center Bore: 116.6 mm on 8x6.5
Dodge ram 2500 Center Bore: 121.3 mm 8x6.5

While all lug nuts are cone shaped, which I think means they can be used as lug centric without issue, I would definitely feel better on general feedback if I should or should not invest in a set "Hub centric adapters"

Your opinions?

And if this is something I should get, link me to a set?

p.s. I presume this might have been the best place for the thread...

I swapped so many tires on different vehicles over the years, not once have I had an issue with wheels not being hub centric. I had an 08 Tundra that I lifted, forums said just had to run those or the truck would just fall apart from shaking. I had it to almost 100, and was smooth as silk, even with 35" tires. I don't know bout new wheels today, but in my experience was even aftermarket wheels weren't hub centric.

I have not located any spacers except those above which are sold out.

I do have a driveability concern; I have plenty of vibration, which could be the rims not being hub centric, or tire balance, flat spots, or just plain mud tires being mud tires.

Having two trucks, I might as well swap wheels and test drive... and I actually have a junk rusty spare set of 5 star steelies from an Express van. Can't hurt to test out and it gives me a chance to inspect everything.
