I have a 1998 Yukon. My problem is the passenger side brake light doesn’t work and a rapid blinker when turning right. I have new bulbs a new circuit board and I made a new clean ground in the rear under the gas entry. I tested both connectors with a test light on both sides in the rear and the passenger side functions the exact same as the driver side but when I plug into the circuit board I’m not getting a turn signal or brake light on passenger side.
I didn’t think it was the brake switch because it functions just fine on the driver side. Could it be the trailer hitch connector idk I need help

Definitely could be. I would get under the back and check. Depending on what's installed, you might have a junction back there where you can just unplug the trailer wiring and reconnect everything without it. If all the lights work then, you've found your problem.

Rapid turn signal is often an idication the bulb filament out( bulb dead). The brake light and turn signal use the same filament in bulb. I would remove tail light housing check power and ground on truck side plug. Check continuity tailight plug side. Ensure correct bulbs in correct positions. If all correct check whatever you trailer connection or remove from circuit. Good luck.
