    Check to see if the drum is rubbing the backing plate. Clean off any rust and debris. Also I had a 89 K1500 that lost the differential carrier bearings and the drum really started rubbing the brake backing plate.

    Agreed on the leveling bar is useless, I will chain it up as low as possible as this truck is lifted and height will be an issue , thanks.

    It needs power, ground, speed signal and input from the set,resume switch. Also the clutch and brake circuits can't be sending a cancel signal. Have you checked the fuse? Also the servo cable could be broken, disconnecting or adjusted incorrectly.
