    Control Arm bushing help...

    I am installing a lift asap, and I need to do the control arm bushings and ball joints. Has anybody ever switched to the poly energy suspension bushings? They say you reuse the old sleeve, what does that mean? is it a pain to only remove rubber? Thanks
