    They are 15x10 wheels and I cant remember if they are 2.5 or 2.75" backspacing. The boggers are 15" wide

    They are 15's. You need around 2.5" backspacing to clear the dual piston calipers and it still takes a little grinding. Id think twice about the D44 if going bigger then 35's. I've been there broke lots spent lots and then upgraded to the 1 tons.

    Pull the overload and atleast one or two leafs. I'm running 4+1 stock 52" Springs with the overload removed and ended up with about 4" of lift from them plus the 4" from my brackets. Add on a 1" zero rate and 1.5" body lift and it's around 10" total lift with 38.5 boggers.

    A quick front 2" receiver I made up and still need to weld onto the front SAS x-member Rear diff guard Then I had plans on ordering a front locker very soon but ended up buying a new side by side that came factory with a front locker LOL Other then fixing the sloppy front driveshaft there...

    You can drill and tap the factory end cap. Do it on the outer edge and there is enough meat to hold it, I put a JB Weld around it for added security. Ran it all last year with no issues.

    No shims or anything, just mark your caps and pull it out. Then put it in and tourque the caps down. A good tip for pulling the carrier is to take a rag and ball it up and stuff it behind the ring gear then turn turn a ring gear bolt. As the rag gets pulled in behind the ring gear it'll push...

    The steering arm isn't pressed on. It uses cone washers that have now rusted themselves solid to the arm and studs. It takes a lot of heat, a BFH, good large cold chisel and a lot of pounding to get it off. If you are completely rebuilding the axle, then pull the carrier and inner axle seals...
