im not worried about my rear end or any other moving parts for what im towing because it moves anything ive put behind it with ease but i've had the supension more than maxed out several times
one of my friends has a 98 1/2 ton and he bought a performance computer and he's sellin the pickup so i was going to buy the computer from him and put it in my 96 but there was an extra cord on my pickup and when we plugged it in and started it, it idled rough so we didnt dare leave it in does...
i usually dont haul heavy loads in the bed theyre usually on my 32ft tilt bed with 2 7000lb axles and it varies to anything on it from old cars to tractors, but it is a bumper hitch so i suppose it the same concept
i just replaced the shocks last fall and i was plannin on just turnin up the stock keys and yes theyre shot it doesnt take much to make it squat i guess my main questions were will the 3/4 ton leafs lift the back much?
i have a 96 chevy 1/2 ton 4wd and im considering getting 3/4 ton leafs because i do a fair amount of towing and my leafs are pretty well shot anyway, it already has the natural front end sag and im wondering if tortion keys would be enough to level it decent or if i would have to just go all out...
