Will a 2 door tahoe gas tank fit in a 4 door? I believe they run through the spare tire holes on the frame. Do u have pictures of the new cross member you made?
My idea of putting helper bags on was to help the ride quality once it got that low if that makes sense? People are telling me that back is going to sag real low because of the weight and I thought maybe helper bags would help improve the ride and give the shocks some help
I have the flip kit and c notch already, I have heard that on the 4 doors I would need helper bags to keep the truck level due to the weight in the back.
I want to go with a 5/7 but not sure how to get the back down that low. I know it’s hard and I could just go with a less aggressive drop but I am really pushing for a 5/7. What helper bags would work? Also plan on swapping a 2dr Tahoe gas tank which will sit behind the axle. What crossmembers...
What helper bag kits will fit my 98 tahoe? I want to run a 5/7 drop on it with 17 inch billets. Any help as far as the rear drop goes would be appreciated. I am aware that I could just go with less of a drop or not do it at all but I want to do a 5/7
Anyone done a 5/7 for a 4 door tahoe? What problems did u run into? Anyone had to swap in a 2 door tahoe gas tank that sits behind the axle?? I have a 99 tahoe that I’m looking to do a 5/7 Belltech kit on.
Anyone know what’s involved to swap in a 2 door tank into my 4 door? Want to go static and need to move the tank to the back. Any help would be appreciated, pictures or any list of parts to complete this. Thanks!
For me I’m trying to go really low, possibly a 5/7. Right now mines about a 2/4 as well. I just have read that the gas filler neck is going to be in the way if I go any lower in the back.
I’m in the same boat, I’ve got a 99 Tahoe and I want to go static. Anyone know of what is involved with the gas tank situation? And is the suburban gas tank the same as the 2dr? Want to have these little things done before I start laying into putting on all the lowering stuff. Thanks.
