What made you swap from pitbulls to the mud grapplers? Nothing against mud grapplers im running them in 35s on my 06 now, but I had a set of 33-13.50 rockers on my 98 a few years ago and loved them.
I loved the pit bulls, they were quite and road pretty well for a bias ply.
The reason I got rid of them, wasn't the tires. I just wanted modern size wheels and finding tires bigger than 38's for 15" wheels is getting tough. I got offered a decent amount of money for that combo and sold them. They had 20k miles on them and still had 3/4 tread left. The mud grapplers aren't bad, aren't as loud as people say. They aren't swamper loud. I've put around 8k miles in 4 years I've had them.

I think ive put about 13k miles on my mud grapplers in the past 3 years and you're right they are no where near as bad as people make them out to be. Actually ride pretty good to be so aggressive. Id kinda like to try the radial rockers they make now since my 98 only gets driven a couple hundred miles a month now.

Took this pic last week. My mom had a dead tree cut down in the back yard, so my brother and I came over to load up on firewood.....

Just put a new set of lights on the front, pretty beat up for the mileage and age.
I got all four of the amber sides, both turn signals and the headlights for $55 delivered off Amazon.
Had some fit issues and the lights are short in length to the originals but do look good.
Also put on a bed cover, chose a BAK VP. I wanted one that sat tight to the bed rail. We will see how well it holds up.

Looks like your truck has good company in the shop

Thanks on the comment, as is the case with almost all shops, there is never enough room!!!

I'm an Oldsmobile gear head as my hobby. The wagon on the left is the race car. It's a 1987 full size Custom Cruiser, has run a best of 11.70 @ 112 mph in the 1/4. Pulls both tires nice and square. I haven't cleaned the rear quarters since the last time I was at the track, you can see lots of tire rubber there. The 1-ton does a nice job of pulling the car in an enclosed trailer to Norwalk raceway in Ohio.

The car on the right has been given the green light by the S/O to put back together. It is a 1972 Olds Cutlass S. When the job situation wasn't so great had to stop the resto. Planning on spending some quality time with it very soon!
