Not much new here but installed a new stereo in the truck today, hate to see the stock crap go but once i get used to it itll be well worth it. I got a Kenwood stereo with blue tooth capability and I must say it is awesome to play music through it with my phone wireless, having hands free calling as well as the other features it has.

right now im waiting on the cd player pocket delete to get in so i can have storage to put my remote in and mount the microphone for the hands free calling.

stock speakers for now....planning to upgrade the speakers later on and decide rather to add a sub or not.

thanks, yeah It drives me nuts without it I guess were see how it is I just ordered one from ebay assuming aftermarket since its new, so i guess ill see how it fits.

got cd delete compartment today, got it installed and mounted the microphone for the hands free calling in it so it not really noticeable.

Very nice. Never got around to it on my 97, but this is a must before the year is out on my CC. Let us know how the mic picks up when driving. I'm still pondering where I want to install mine. Thinking on the left side of the overhead console.

thanks Josh, alright I will in a week or 2, the little I have used it, the mic has seemed to do good right there. But after i used it a bit ill be able to tell and verify that for sure.

Just my experience, the mic works great. No problem hearing on either end...
