I need to recover my seats and I took one apart to see the condition of the foam. The passenger seat is actually in worse condition than the driver's side.

The foam is intact but is broken down on one side of the seat (back and bottom). I can't seem to find replacement foam, so do you think getting some high-density foam and just sort of shoving it in place would work? It's split apart a bit.

Seats are 1992-1994 high back buckets with inner arm rests (not sure the exact year as they are not original but that's my guess)

Passenger back frame also needs to be welded. I'll post some pictures shortly.

Here are some photos along with the tag from the seat cover.

Kinda odd that the passenger side is the side that died.
99% of the time, it's the driver's seat that takes all the punishment.
You're existing foam could be worked with, but looks like it's just about at the point of turning to flakes & dust. Compressed to death. Flat & hard.
See you're in Texas.
Could be that the truck spent a lot of time parked with that side exposed to the sun. Foam's baked.
The ultimate fix would be to find another passenger seat.
They can be a bit of a hunt, but I still see them fairly often.
...and with the driver seat usually being the one that's beat, the odds of finding a decent passenger seat is pretty good.
Doesn't matter what color or what kinda shape the cover is in.
You just want the foam.
Foam in better shape than these, even if they need some work, would be less of a headache than trying to rescue these.

I’m wondering if I should just bite the bullet and buy some new Corbeau seats or some newer Chevy truck seats. There’s a guy on this forum who makes brackets for the newer truck seats.

They won’t be blue but maybe one day I can get them upholstered to match or just have the back seat done the same and have black seats.
