thank you. ill dig in to them when the other set comes. i ran into the same kind of problem when i got an aftermarket power(extend/retract) antenna and wired to a factory 80 corvette wiring....the relays were off, i would turn radio on and ant would close and radio off it would extend....spent hours chasing it and ended up pulling new motor apart and changing wiring in it and got it to work right! hopefully i can figure out a fix for this. if i do ill let you know.

I thought you bought K2XX mirrors with GMT400 bases and another set with GMT800 bases. You aren't going to be able to swap motors between the two because they attach differently to the mirror glass. That is how mine ended up anyway, so I just have to live with the swapped controls.

Anyone have a diagram or something showing how the plug has to be repinned so the power adjustment works? I have the k2xx mirrors.

I do not, I had my mirrors apart to modify the wiring and I just figured out the adjustment wiring by playing around with it.

On the other, I don't think mine could pull it off,
