you guys are dumbasses if you think back brakes are that important yes i think they need to be replaced as well but its not a life and death situation i have driven the truck for over 4 months with no rear brakes and never had an issue till now there is no noticeable difference the only thing...- zayres29

if you would have read my post about crimping the rear brakes you would know that the lines were rusted when i bought the truck so it was leaking leaking=no pressure=no brakes so its lose lose everyone here will be happy to know that i am WALKING to autozone and buying a new master cylinder...- zayres29

its not like i was driving around for months with contaminated brake fluid i drove it 3 miles TOPS then flushed the system as recommended and i crimped the rear lines because i dont have the money to replace all the lines and brackets and whatever like a said before the audio has been paid for...- zayres29

my brakes basically bleed themselves because they leak thats why i ahd to add fluid in the first place i ahve already emptied the res (most of the fluid) and filled with real brake fluid i will eventually have to replace everything anyway just because of rust and such but that will come after my...- zayres29

i figured out the problem i am a complete dumbass and i got confused with transmission fluid having more than one use (i remember now that it is power steering fluid) i thought it was the same a brake fluid by mistake so now my entire braking system is fucked... well my rear brakes were already...- zayres29

i know what you mean by extending the dash but it wouldnt have worked because of how the dash mounts are to make it work only the bezel could be extended and i think it would look just as awkward and i still have sanding and stuff like that to do and i can also mold the wood to look better i did...- zayres29
