It's extremely heavy, 5 year warranty on the o ring. Lifetime on the pan.

update....

i fully rebuilt my tranny. new input and output shafts, clutches, steels, every bushing, every seal, new tq converter...i sanded the case down and filed all flashing off and painted case. i ended up painting the new aluminum 3.5 qt pan to match. i cleaned the transfer case, installed new seals and bushings in that too.

tranny was rebuilt at some point. someone put wrong adapter between tranny and t case, i got the right one for it, my drive line angles look wayyy better now. and crossmember sits where it should now. also found some parts in tranny missing and improperly installed bushings.....thats all fixed now. i had the th400 parts tranny from building my buick tranny so i stole some parts from that and got the rest from a local tranny shop.

ill get more pics when done, just installed everything lastnight, got to flush cooler and hook up lines and fill still....painted detroit green to match my engine....

oh cab mounts are built and on now, i have to weld a few spots still but the cab is bolted to the frame and sitting on it again. and floors are welded and new. painted floor and installed interior. painted whole underside of cab too. and frame rails where i welded and as far as you can see(frame hanging down under body).....its getting there! got to install new fender wells and fix rad support and its good to go.......except for a fuel return line dripping!!!! they were crusty and from disturbing them pulling tranny it started leaking....it never ends....will fix that too. might do raptor while im in there. truck is killing my wallet.

in other news, i sold my house! for real this time! i have to be out by the end of this month.
go figure my trucks down and have zero money from fixing it, so moving into my parents barn and saving money up to move to texas....figure by the time it gets cold and ****** here ill have enough money to go......texas, here i come...

Great news on the the house! Sounds like the truck is coming along nicely, it'll be brand new pretty soon. Safe travels on the move.

Congrats on the house man
Wait a while to come to Texas... It is 1,000dg right now. LOL
thanks...i was worried about that....i was there last month buying a car with a friend....and 100 felt great compared to 80 and humid here!!!
i stream a radio station out of ft worth everyday at work, i hear the weather, ill tell you what, they said it was 103 all week...in ct it was 96 yesterday, but with 85% humidity or something like that.(heat index was something crazy like 105-116!) i have been dripping sweat at 8 am before i even start work all week.....i can take the heat, the humidity is what i hate.
CT is brutal cold till about mid april, then nice a few weeks till so humid you cant breath, its like that all summer, (2 months tops), then get awesome fall weather for about one month.....then brutal cold again.

on top of no jobs, low pay, bad gun laws....i parked a friends unregistered 68 gto in a tent in my yard for the last two months....i just got a bill in the mail for car taxes on an unregistered car!!! they want $70 for a car that's not mine, not registered or drivable, hidden in a tent, just because its on my property!!!! CT is not even a liberal state anymore.....its full on communism here now!

i can not wait to get out of here and be with more like minded, sane, kind, moral people.....its so bad here i cant even describe it. aint never going to find a wife in these parts, ill tell you that much.

heading over to work on truck, i ordered a new grill, oem gold and black emblem(cost as much as the grill!), and clear headlights and clear/amber corner lights. ordered a rad support from a local junk yard, same price as a new one (cheap chinese crap like i have now), so if rotted i can atleast weld it.

IF YOU EVER REPLACE YOUR RADIATOR SUPPORT FOR ROT, WELD IT! SAVE IT AT ALL COSTS! THE AFTERMARKET IS PUSHING OUT BEER CAN THIN GARBAGE YOU CAN NOT WELD OR EVEN SCREW FACTORY STUFF TO. MINE LASTED ONE YEAR, IT CRACKED AND BROKE ALMOST ALL SPOT WELDS AND JUST REMOVING THE FENDER BOLTS(HAVE CLIP/NUTS) THE CLIP SPUN AND CUT THE RAD SUPPORT TO PIECES WHERE HOLE ONCE WAS.

yes my body mount issue did some of this to the support, but putting together new NO screws went in without stripping, had to drill all new holes. its paper thin and super sharp. dented bad under my knee when i was up on it working on engine.....its junk, trust me, spend the money ($450+ shipping an over sized part) or save yours. kicking myself for scrapping my oem stuff!
