Is it front or rear? Front is pressed in to the rotor and rear is easiest to do if you tear the axle apart

Don't even have to tear rear apart just remove brake drum, take a hammer and a punch and knock it out, put new one in and seat it with a lugnut. Done

Iirc on the 2wd the stud is pressed in the rotor and you have to pull the whole thing apart to change it
Hm, is this what you are thinking of? Removing the rotor and caliper and then punching it out?
