ahhhh see i wasnt going to say anything about me adjusting it to them because down here alot of shops try to rip people off like crazy so i was affraid if i told them i adjusted it then theyd claim that they couldnt do a good alignment......but i guess it doesnt really matter ill just tell them and see what they say, i kept getting used tires because when i first got my truck i was showing off infront of some hot chicks and i rounded a corner to fast and hit a curb and it messed up my alignment, well i went to a shop that specifically did alignments and frame work, and after i gave them the money for an alignment, they gave me back my truck and the alignment was just as bad and they said that the mount thats welded to the frame towards the top of the suspension near the upper ball joint was bent and that they wanted $1000 to fix it so i was like forget that, then tire kindom gave me a alignment and said they couldnt do it right

If they tell you that then tell them you can take it elsewhere. The torsion bar adjustment is just that, and does not stop any reputable mechanic from aligning it properly. If they don't do the alignment, don't pay. I was unable to get my car aligned due to a burned up wheel bearing, I was not charged a dime until they replaced the bearing (way too much of a pain on that car, I normally do my own work)

well i went in for a quote and a front end inspection last week and they said that my ball joints were to worn to do a proper alignment, im also a do-it-yourselfer and they wanted like $400 for all four ball joints which i really didnt want to pay so thats what im in the process of doing and considering that they were the original ball joints from 97 and are rivited in, so its a pain in the ass, thats why this last weekend i only got the drivers side done and this weekend im going to do the passenger side, this weekend ill have a grinder so it wont that bad and i figured out little tricks

Thats a very polarizing topic on this forum, you either love it or hate it. Mine was one of the many that used to have a plow on it and didn't come with a valance, so I've decided that I don't like them out of convenience. LOL

If you get a 3" Bl you can put a 2wd valance on and Hide the front of the frame under the bumper.
