Window lift and lock switches how to?

I've installed a nice straight door from the pay and pull as the original suffered damage from the old tripod mirror that stick way out and don't flex when the hit something. Regular mirrors will replace those.

Anyhoo, I'm putting in the original interior panels but cannot figure out how to disconnect the two switches from the door harness. It looks like there are little catches to bend back or lever out but they just don't seem to want to let go. I sure don't want to damage them. The lock switch appears to have 5 bullet connectors as it looks like there is no housing around them to release from the harness. The window switch, what's the deal there? The door came off '94 Suburban.
