Where is the eletrical section ?

New here and I want to post in the correct areas,

this may be a stupid question but when the head lights are on low the outside ones are on ( I get this )
when on bright the inside head lights are on and the outside ones are of ,is this normal and if not can I fix this ? Thanks

Yes Normal. You can do the 4-hi upgrade to keep the lows on when the highs are on. Otherwise you get one or the other. Not both.
