Whacko Wipers On My '97 K3500

There was a recall on mine 20 some years ago, did not find out until after I repaired the board myself (cold solder joint) right as rain so far.

It's one of the absolute simplest freebie repairs you can do on these trucks, if you already have a soldering iron, electronics (not plumbing) solder, and basic solder skills. From hood open to hood closed less than 15-20 minutes.

New board installed. Greased the gears and a little dielectric for all contacts.
Nice rainy day today and everything seems to be working well.
Thanks for the advice on this one. Much easier than changing the whole motor!
