The situation is going good so far. Got a couple places I'm looking at right here in town, so that should work out great. In fact, after moving I'll be driving 80 versus 110 miles a week for work :D

Good stuff man. I've been thinking about reducing my commute some, too. Damn gas prices don't seem to wanna drop anytime soon...

Thinking about getting some headlights soon. Should I go HID's or just clear housings? Either way I will be getting the 4 Hi and upgraded wiring from Mean Green.

Save the hids for last if you can't do it all at once. I'd use this order if you want to do it in steps

1. Clear housings
2. HD 4hi harness
3. Hidz...

Oh, I'd do it all at once- I just wasn't sure how good HID's were vs. halogens. I know everyone says they are better, I just guess I'm skeptical... shouldn't be, I just am, hahaha. I see vehicles coming down the road with HID's (at least blue lights) and it doesn't really look much better.

they make a huge difference I've ridden in and driven both ill take HID's any day

i have used xentec brand from ebay for most my hid's without any issues, I had em in my last truck for 3 years daily driven with no issues whats so ever.
