sent an @mail to Lares support for have some info about torque value and rubber disk distorsion problem..

this was the reply:
"The torque specs are correct. With that said if the disk is a little compressed that's ok, however the only time I have ever run into this issue before is when the customer's torque wrench wasn't calibrated correctly."

when it would have been much better to include two bushings in the kit, for metal-to-metal compression, to have the right compression on the rubber disk...

there are other installation videos as well and none have the rubber disc straight after tightening it
they also have the wrong torque wrench:confused:
