Turbo side orange wire

Does anyone know where this orange wire is supposed to be connected?

It looks like a glow plug wire if the truck still has a 6.5

As far as I know it is. But how do we as a fourm know what has been done to your truck? For all we know it could be a duramax, cummins or powerstroke. That why it is asked what engine and what not. Hate to give wrong info. As to the connector the center 2 plugs on the passenger side of the glow plugs are different then the rest. They have for a lack of better term a extension harness that plugs in right before the heat shield. I don't know why GM did this on only 2 cylinders.
