Trying to stall at idle

My dad's 98 ecsb with a 350 is trying to stall at idle after warming up. He went out of town and it was fine before it sat for two days. Only does it like at every other stop light or so. Has new motor, dist, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, injection spider. Any ideas? Could it just be iac? Truck has 340,*** miles on it

I would check the iac and tps. perhaps spray some starter fluid around the tbi to see if it has a vacuum leak.
