Trucks revs slow??

When I wanna rev it it raps up quick but seems to take forever and a million years to come back on down is this because of all my accessories and big tc being a lot of mass and making it take a while to come back down on rpm

Not alot of info, like what engine, year, etc...

Usually, this is caused by a lazy, or sticky IAC or Throttle body dirty...

Id clean the Throttle Body, and clean the Idle control valve...and see where that takes you.

Electric fans or stock clutch fan?
A while back my clutch fan blew all the bearings out and it would rev up quick and slowly rev down, but it was easy to hear it also..

Yes e fans is my abbreviation for electric fans lol but I have a crown vic 2 speed fan
