How hard is it to replace the cooler lines in a 2002 2500hd 6.0l 4L80. Do you have to remove the front bumper? or just the grill? How long dose it take to replace the 3 lines?

About an hour. Remove the grill, and the lines just wiggle between the k-member, through a hole in the flexible air dam/under radiator shroud.
