Timing problem or something

I have a 94 k2500 suburban and i been trying and trying to find out what in the world is going on with it.I just set the timing at 3 degrees and runs alittle rough and burps when i go like 60 mph and then take mmy foot off and let it idle it make that nosie ,but when i unplug the est wire for timing it runs like a ***** date.I can smoke the tires and stomp on it and take off like a rocket,before it will bog when power brakeing it and now when i do it it spins like crazy.I am dont sure what it could be disturbor or ecm going bad.Please help me thanks

JUST MAKE SURE THE TIMING MARK YOU SET WITH LIGHT IS ON ZERO
