What year, model, engine? On my 88 the O2 sensor wire is purple but, GM used a lot of purple wires everywhere, ha ha.This is the correct wire for the Oxygen sensor correct? That is all of it and its behind the distributor for some reason.

andHeres the fun part. The truck is a 92, originally V6. Swapped over to a v8 at some point.
My refrenace to the swap was that I cant say 100% what year wiring the truck has. I don't know if it was fully swapped harness or converted.and
im failing to see how thats fun
If anything ,a v6 of the time will have most of the provisions and stuffs for v8 othet than some differences or certain emissions my guess. your old ass
O2 sensor should have 2 wires to it unless your exhaust is a strange situaiton wher its grounded remotely.You must be registered for see images attach
its prob the samr shape of the old one
O2 sensor PPL (red arrow) and it was a 1 wire with grounding through the exhaust manifold. I put in a 3-wire sensor.Stat Purple!
