this is why i did the 295/50/15 on a 8" wheel.. to give it the meaty look.. 11" wide tread width..

Yep, I'm surprised you don't scrub. I know to tuck the front tires and retain the meaty look up front, ya gotta run 6" rims with 255's or a bit bigger. Most of these trucks can't squeeze a 275 up front unless the rim's offset is perfect. Mine barely clear but I'm going down to 265 to take up for tire expansion due to heat.

I'd like to see him level it out....no wait, that's an SS, nope, don't want ya tearing the rear fenderwell out. lol, I do like what you've done with it man, it really is a nice look to the SS. Is that an rx7 bracket car? I almost said camaro, but it looks a bit different, or maybe it's just the angles pic was taken at.

Actually that's an 04 GTO and she just got sold about 3 & 1/2 weeks ago. Nothing too crazy, cam, heads, intake, direct port 300 shot, ya know the usual stuff, lol. Seriously it was stock suspension (+drag bags) and did 10.47 @135 with a 1.60 60'. It was fun but just too nasty for a street car, cam was what did it.

how wide are your rears so i know how wide i can go.. i love the look of it

im building a 5.3 LS with 243 ported an milled heads, cam, headers, and a few other things lol... with a 175 shot..
