I plan on getting 4:11 gears and a grill guard at some point down the road.

Here's Jane, the Janesville, Wisconsin-built '99 Suburban dad and I rescued from a small used car lot in a shady part of town. She's only got 117,000 miles on 'er, but she looks like 217,000 because the previous owner didn't treat her right. We're going to restore her and in a year and a half or so I hope to put some 17" Torq Thrust IIs on 'er.

That is a nice 'burb that you have there!

Also, I have the feeling I know you from somewhere... ;)

BTW, I'm not very active on this forum... most of my GMT400 online activity is in the 6.5 section on dieselplace.com Chevy/GMC forums. And that pales of course compared to the time I spend on GMI.

I've had tons of jobs every summer and i also buy and sell a lot of stuff on craigslist. A lot of the vehicles were even up trades for the previous one.

I can believe that. I've got a few buddies who would do that. Buy a vehicle, wrench on it for about 4-6 months then sale or trade and just keep doing that.
