Looking for the GM OEM part # Just gm replacement #

Most aftermarket muffler, may say 3" inlet, but neck down in side as much 2 1/2 "

Need to get info on OEM Muffler. As stated by Walker Exhaust

There’s this, it is for a 7.4, but guessing it’s not the SS exhaust.
