Tech 2 for 411 swap

So, if I do the 411 swap, then I want to use a Tech 2 on it, will it be programmed as a 1998 5.7?

I mean, will the Tech 2 still work using my correct year make model info?

I see people saying they used a Tech 2 after for CASE and thing's, so it works, I'm just wondering what answers you have to give it to make it work lol.

I believe it depends on what segments the tune has. Mine would probably show up as a van, but after I get 4LO working right it'll probably show up as an S10. Reason being no GMT400 ever came with a 411. This is speculation on my part.

I don't have a Tech II but do use my laptop with Ease OBDII software with Bi-Directional control and my 96 still shows up as a it should after the 0411 swap.
