TBI have pulse still no fuel

I would suspect fuel pressure regulator or some sort of blockage in the unit. Rebuilt injectors are $45 each at autozone. I just changed mine. They can be changed without pulling the whole TBI. A complete TBI rebuild takes about 2 hours. Gasket kit is fairly cheap.
If you happen to forget a gasket and end up dumping fuel into your cylinders and decide to pull the spark plugs to push the fuel out by cranking the engine, make sure you disconnect the coil wire from the distributor. Don't ask me why I know about that.‍
