having an issue with the taillights on my truck. the pass side will work intermittenly.
When i got the truck it didnt work so i replaced the bulbs and it worked for about 2 days then went to not working again.
Checked the bulbs and theyre still good. Reverse light works fine just turn and brake arent working.
Does this sound like a taillight circuit board or something more involved like maybe a multi function switch?

thanks in advance and if this has been covered i apologize for not searching
havent had a lot of time to be on the boards

I would vote the circuit board is bad or worn out. Is it the round socket or wedge style?

Probably the circuit board. They are pretty bad about dieing on GMT400s, any auto parts store will have them. Should be around $30 for two.

finally got around to ordering and installing a new circuit board but still no taillight
the bulbs are still good so im going to think it could be the grounds

so that brings me to my question- where are the grounds for the tailights??
and i apologize for the dumb question i just havent had time to go searching on the truck
