Alpine x3.....
My dad has a Sony Xplod in his Nova, doesn't get driven much but he's had it for about 5 or 6 years and it works great!
My Nova has an complete Alpine system (head unit, amp, and all Type R speakers)
Although, I'm more into Kicker speakers but I have an Alpine head unit in my truck with an XM tuner that came with it (bought it off Crutchfield for $179 shipped with all the goodies)
