this cat sounds like this local guy here in town.. he has this lifted 99 cummins for sale that ive been trying to get forever but he wont come off the price, he keeps saying he hurting for money but is still asking 23,200 for a 99 with a 6in lift on 35s.. the truck looks amazing and only has 71k on it but its basically stock minus the usual lift, wheels, tires, programer and stack. he just has the out side looking like a show tuck but still i think its way to high no way id give even close to that... PEOPLE ARE CRAZY
