i had the same setup as my friend except tbi and different heads. my heads were world torquer 1.94 1.5 heads with exensive port work done by myself. got my crank rods and pistons off of ebay eagle crank, scat 6.0 rods, lt4 hot cam bought off a friend. all gaskets and stuff were off of summit. machine shop i was very unhappy with so i had a friend about 3 hours away redo the whole thing, previous shop didnt clearnace my block and did a ty balancing job.

The one I posted is a direct replacement for your truck so GM will warranty it. Also the one you posted will need a Vortec to TBI intake and probably a custom tune for it to run properly.
