How do you remove the seat belt from where it mounts on the B pillars?

the plastic cover pops off but stays on the belt, and it should be a T50.

Snap-On T500 fits better than a run of the mill T50 and is the correct 'tool', but most people don't own one. You can use a T50 in a pinch... been there did that lots of time before getting the T500.
