so my headliner is sagging pretty bad now and im about ready to rip it out. what are my options? do i have to remove the whole headliner to re glue the fabric? its an extended cab some one told me the rear plastics are a pain to remove to remove the headliner. i have a feeling its gona look like crap if i just rip off the fabric.

yes the foam will remain and will have to take the headliner out the truck to do it right and you will have to get the foam off before you put the new fabric on use the right spray glue thats for headliners or it to will sag quickly. also they have bottons that holds the fabric up i seen them
on ebay

I got a new headliner from LMC the plastic backed one, it fits well but it's already sagging again after under a year.

But I do drive with the windows down a lot
