Bowtie Emblem Painted

One day my bowtie emblem on the front grill flew off when I shut the hood, so rather than buy a new one, I decided to paint mine. I lightly sanded it, primed and painted the emblem matte black. So far the paint has held up great.

Towing

Finally got a chance to tow something, it wasn't a huge load but I've been curious how it would do. I wasn't disappointed, the 2500 had no issues pulling or braking at all.

LED Taillights

I decided to do away with the hazy, fifteen year old incandescent taillights and hopefully update the look of the truck a little bit. I picked up a set of LED taillights from eBay. Install only took about 5 minutes. The end result looks great, and the light is much more visible in bad weather.

Haha nice. Yeah the emblems aren't the best design in the world, usually they are one piece and screwed down, but not on the GMT400.
