You don't have to use it liberally but you do have to completely de-grease the fasteners. Glue don't stick to oil!
So who do I go with here? I'm willing to follow your way, but w/ blue lock tight on it aswell, does it have to do with the studs needed to be oilled?Blue Loctite (242?) on rocker studs?
HELL, NO.
Tighten the Polylocks like I said--get the adjustment correct, back-off a little. Snug the set-screw. Tighten the polylock and the set screw together back to where the adjustment was correct. Done.
