Pushrod length (ls7 lifters + 383 cam)

Hey guys,pretty big noob question here,not too well versed in cam swapping.

So,I've got an ht383 cam,I want to swap into 5.7 vortec (all stock),I was gonna order ls7 lifters,how do I determine if I need different rods? Or can I just reuse my stockers? I figured it's cheap insurance to replace them,esp with 200k on them.

Measure for new ones. If it's the same length than keep the olds
