this is for the canadians :)

(and since I live in oz there is no way for me to check this)

I bought a 98 model 6 gauge cluster in metric about a week ago. started thinking about the higher indicated speed on the police version. I know that teh USDM one had a 130mph verion. what about canada?

if it DOES exist would someone have a part number at all?

I'm in Vancouver and there are LOTS of wreckers. I'll let you know if I see one.

Please explain the significance of the 'police version', I know that cadillacs from the same era went up to 220 or 230 km/h?

FYI, an Escalade/Denali/Limited cluster may be easier to find in metric. I would guess that it only goes to 200, but has teal factory lighting, white needles, and doesn't require the jumper wire.

Noted. There were enough of those as wrecks in the Canadian yards. I did not get a clear shot of mine when I bought it.
