Permanent fix for slip yoke clunk?

i'm looking for a permanent fix for the dreaded slip-yoke clunk on my "90 c1500. I have taken it apart and greased it, and that takes care of it for approximately 4 months, but then it is back. Has anybody found a more permanent solution? New yoke maybe? Mine is a low mile truck so wear should not be the issue. Has anybody tried this fix? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VbMqyDbb0jE
It still does not fix the problem, it just makes it easier to grease.

I could have sworn I've seen a replacement yoke for that, but don't remember where. Might have been on GMFS....
