Overhead console question

I recently came across an overhead console out of a 2000 Silverado single cab. I was just curious of how much of a pain it would be to put it in my 96 single cab. All it is, is the console with the 2 map lights in it.

I put an overhead console out of an suburban in my regular cab. I just used self tapping screws. You should be able to do the same thing
