I'm Awesome
I've got ANOTHER project goin. I've got no leaks and i'm only getting about 25 psi when I start my '92 k1500 4x4 extended cab, and when it warms up it tanks to around 4 psi at idle, and wont go above 22 when driving. So i'm putting in a new oil pump (Melling M-55) and gonna check the bearings and all that good stuff if I could ever get the oil pan down. How hard is it to get the front differential cover off, and does anyone happen to have any diagrams or schematics for it? I've looked all over YouTube and the Haynes Manual and haven't come up with anything so far. I've already got the dust cover and starter down and most of the oil pan bolts, so i'm to the point to where that cover's gotta come off or jack up the motor by the harmonic balancer (which I don't really want to do). I need to change the differential fluid anyway, and put on a camber/caster kit, so I figured I might as well go that route. Thanks for any advice in advance
