OBS 2500 ECSB?

Was downtown earlier, saw a black 2500 ECSB, i first i thought i was a LD2500 with the 6 stud but i drove by later and saw it was a 8 stud, 4x4, Black, Look factory.

Is there such a thing? Never seen one of these.
