No heat, HVAC "blend" lights blinking?

The heat in my '94 doesn't work. The vents all blow fine except for the front, middle ones above the radio. The ones pointed towards the windshield blow cold air awesome but not hot air. The "blend" arrows on the display are all blinking and I'm not able to select where I want the hot air blowing to (face or feet). Any ideas on what this could be? Sorry if this is the wrong section, there's not really anywhere else I saw to post this.


I think it might be the Heater Blend Door Actuator, but I'm not sure. It's going to be around -20 for the next week or so which sucks...

Stick your head under the dash in the drivers footwall and see if the actuator moves. If it does, the blend door could be off its pivot inside.

If its none of that, HVAC head may be bad....
