Have a 1993 c/k and the stop fuse was blown. Every time I put another fuse in it immediately blows. Any insight would be helpful

Check the brake switch wiring under the dash. I found some of my brake wires that go to and from the brake switch on the steering column had actually melted, therefor grounding out, and not functioning, and blowing fuses. I have yet to find the problem, but I narrowed it down to the rear of the truck, checked and cleaned everything.

I would start with a new brake switch.

Remove the tailights and then the circuit boards. Inspect them for burns and corrosion. Very common problem.
