Im gonna start this off by saying dont hate me! I drive a 1999 Chevy k1500 body style. I guess it was made halfway through the year? Anyways its my opinion that this is the best body style chevy ever made. Im about to break 115000 miles on, and still running strong. I recently gave her a new tool box, and bed caps as you can see in the picture. I painted the bowtie myself, and did the whole tightening the torsion bolts to level out the front end. Made the rear bumper myself, just need to add a tow hitch. She has got some body damage in the 3rd door, but hey its a truck, and i treat it like one. Some upgrades in the next few months i plan on doing are adding tow mirrors, smoked headlights, 1 1/4 wheel spacers, cab lights, and window tinting. In the next year i plan of getting new rims and tires, and a full replacement bumper. possibly adding a roof rack, and a 3 inch suspension lift. If i ever do get the damaged fixed i will probably go ahead and have the whole thing repainted white, or stick with the same color.
